Full Guts
Complete interior and exterior demolition for residential properties. We can remove material down to the studs or to the foundation.
Selective Demolition
Whether you need to open a few walls or partially demolish your bathroom/kitchen, we can accomplish this safely and clean. We also offer protection to preserve items or areas of your home as well as dust control.
Commercial Interior
At the moment, we provide only interior demolition for commercial buildings. Planning to renovate inside your store, restaurant, or apartment units? We are the right crew to call.

Material by Rate
SQFT
Different materials and underlay are priced with their own specific rate by square footage.
Flat Rate & Miscellaneous
FLAT
Materials that cannot be simply measured by sqft are priced via flat rate. Miscellaneous requests such as odd structures or junk removal are priced with this method as well.
Demo Bag Disposal
$5/bag $200/dump
In the case a rental disposal bin is not ideal for your project, Bullet Demo offers a demo bag disposal service. This service is perfect for small renovations that will not produce large debris, or debris that can be minimized/cut to fit in our tear-resistant demolition bags. Pricing is $5 per bag filled (1/2 to 3/4 filled for durability purposes) plus $200 per dump run to the nearest disposal site.
